We receive guests from all over the word and there is no shortage of international options in the Hotel Gran Bilbao restaurant. We know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which is why we go to great lengths to make sure it’s just right. And because food should also be fun, we created The Brunch by Hotel Gran Bilbao.

You probably take your bicycle everywhere you travel, or always make room for your running shoes when packing a bag. So do we! That is why at HGB we have prepared a list of running and cycling routes you can download directly to your phone so you can discover Bilbao and the surroundings while practising your favourite sport. Don’t worry about your bicycle, we will store it safely for you!

Pets are also members of the family. At Hotel Gran Bilbao, they are welcome to join you and we provide a water bowl, a toy and some biscuits. We also provide special beds subject to availability. Supplement per night: €20.

  • Pets will not be left alone in the room for more than 30 minutes.

  • Pets are not allowed in common areas, as well as in the restaurant, hall, meeting room…

  • Each guest must take responsibility for any damage to the property or complaints from other guests.

  • There is a limit of two pets per room.

  • Dogs accompanying disabled persons are accepted and allowed access to any area where their owners are present.

  • No state or local laws apply to guide dogs.

  • They will not be allowed on the bed.

  • No hotel linen may be used for cleaning and drying the pet.

  • If complaints are received about pet noise, the pet must leave the room.
